nap time

This isn't the first time I see this happen. In fact, I'm a victim of falling asleep while riding on the bus too. For those of you out there that are not new and are accustomed to riding the bus, or using public transportation; I'm almost positive that if you haven't witness this act, that you were the one doing the act of falling sleep on the bus.
Even though the seats on the bus maybe as uncomfortable as they are. Do not be surprised when you are riding on the bus for longer than 25 minutes and you suddenly start to feel your eyes getting heavier, and heavier. It start off by you loosing up more, adjust the way your positioned just a liiiiiiiiittle more.  You then notice all of a sudden. The seat isn't that bad anymore. Your eyes have now closed for longer than a second and your head seems to nod slightly to the side unwillingly. Now you have successfully fallen asleep. It's not the best sleep in the world, but when its 7 o'clock in the morning, booyyyy does that nap feel good.

You never really wake up peacefully, well at least I haven’t. I always wake up scared and my heart feels like it’s going 100 miles an hour. Usually because the bus drive always has to stomp on the breaks like there is a old lady about to walk across the street. Like where do this people get their license from, I know they see people are trying to sleep here (just kidding).  It is almost inevitable for someone to not take a nap on the bus. And it's probably one of the funniest things to see people fall asleep in the most unusual positions. On the picture above, I took this picture 3 days ago. Now she doesn't look comfortable at all. But I can tell you this much, she was sleeping for the hole ride. Kennedy Plaza to URI, (that’s a whole hour and ten minutes for those who don't know). I'm pretty new to public transportation, but she most had become immune to the feeling on the bus because I can only last 5 minutes if that when I drift off. Pretty soon this might be me. And even you too.
